• December 16: Orion and Stephanie escape from their father and Karl Fischer, they are separated in the process of their escape, with Stephanie being taken by Thoth to the Axiom to take the mantle of Sorcerer Supreme, but the pair soon reunite.

2016

January

• January 20: Aiden Grayson and Orion Thompson meet for the first time.

2017

• The first Conclave of Magicians in 17 years is held at Castle Prydwen, hosted by Ceridwen Prydwen in order to address the population crisis affecting magicians, Allison Hyde and Stephanie Thompson are in attendance, with the latter and Ceridwen engaging in a duel.

January

• January 20: Several groups, incited by Chiral, cause havoc in Sanctuary City, their attack is thwarted through the joint efforts of Mosaic, Omnius, and Speedrunner.
• January 30: Mosaic encounters Shirai for the first time.

February

• February 5: Jericho Blackstone is bonded to the Index.
• February 10: Jericho Blackstone joins Archeon Incorporated and unlocks the power of the Index, making a deal with Sacrament in the process.
• February 11: Albert and Ashley Daemon are captured by the MRD.
• February 14: Speedrunner stops a robbery attempt by Jade Lee, confiscating her advanced leg blades in the process.
• February 15: Leo Argentum meets Albert and Ashley for the first time, finding they have key evidence on the actions of Chiral, and agreeing to introduce them to an individual willing to foster them.
• February 16: Ardelle Blanchet formally takes guardianship of Albert and Ashley.
• February 20: Shirai attempts to attack Aiden Grayson once more, but is stopped by Mosaic once again before ultimately being subdued by Kaiyo Hoyokazi and sent back to Japan under the orders of Hiyuki Hoyokazi.
• February 21: The Sucking Teenager is provided with a power boosting belt by an unknown benefactor, and loses control of his abilities. The situation is contained by a combination of Speedrunner, Omnius, and Hyperia, with the belt being destroyed in the process.
• February 25: Arachnid and Matrix stop several attacks around Sanctuary City together. Hiyuki Hoyokazi agrees to decode a set of information on Chiral provided to her by Mosaic.
• February 28: Barbatos attempts to attack Machina.

March

• March 1:
  • Hyperia defeats Energon. Scalar discovers the existence of Eukaryota and their cloning operations.
  • Barbatos attempts to infiltrate the Earth, but is instead captured by Isaac Meisner and Stephanie Thompson.
  • First attack by Shrike.
• March 2:
  • The New York Police Department declare Shrike's attack the work of a human assailant in an attempt to avoid the involvement of the MRD.
  • Arachnid encounters Arachne for the first time.
• March 3:
  • Omnius fends off an attack sent by Ken Thompson.
  • Arachnid prevents Arachne's attempt to steal data from DataDrive.
• March 10: Chimera and Fugue raid a Eukaryota base, encountering Faust in the process.
