Hiyuki Hoyokazi, or 保養火事緋雪, (Born March 12 1995) is the user of the Red Dragon Driver and the owner and propreitress of Hoyokazi Industries.
Summary
Hiyuki is an only child and orphan, having lost both of her parents as a teenager, and has known Stephanie for several years. The two are very close, but Hiyuki suddenly cut all content with Stephanie for four months after coming to a realisation about herself.
In August 2019, during a regular scavenging trip to the local junkyard, Hiyuki came upon a mysterious belt, which she took. While on the way back to her shop, she was accosted by an odd man, who demanded the belt, before she drove away. Later, another man came into her store and threatened her for the device, this alterecation ending when the belt transformed a computer into her store and shot the man.
Inviting Stephanie over, Hiyuki and her friend learnt that the belt was a Driver, and were both given the mission to defend humanity from the Shades.
Hiyuki and Stephanie fought off a Shade in the form of a clown together through the use of their drivers and vehicles [1].

- Hiyuki is a vegetarian.
- This Hiyuki does need glasses, but wears contact lenses instead
- Hiyuki does not remember how her parents died, only have vague memories of them from when she was a child.
