Selene Whateley (born March 13, 1998) is a human Witch from Earth-0, she is a member of the newly reformed Witches of Ystawingun - and is the lowest ranked, and youngest, member of the coven.

Summary
Selene's Witch Mark was among those present when Thiton summoned the coven to discuss their next steps after Yvonne de Montauban became the next Blood Knight[1]. As part of these plans, Selene was placed in charge of scouting out any confluences of energy within Sanctuary City to help ensure that the planned ritual went ahead as efficiently as possible.

Powers & Abilities
- Magic: As a witch, Selene is adapt in the use of magic, although she is lacking in experience compared to other magic users.
- Blessing: As a blessing from her master, Selene is able to personally cast any spell to perform any effect (within the usual limitations of magic) so long as she is made aware of the possibility of it working. Whenever she casts a spell, however, she is unable to cast it ever again.
Notes
- Selene's birthdate, March 13th 1998, is was the date of a penumbral lunar eclipse.
- It was also, coincidentally, Friday the 13th.
- Selene's ability to only cast a spell once is similar to the Marvel character Nico Minoru.
