Earth-3296, otherwise known as Nous's Domain, is one of the many universes within the multiverse. It is fairly unique among universes in the fact that it (and its dimensions) only has one occupant, Nous, who uses it as their personal domain.

History

After the end of their home universe, Nous, armed with knowledge of the fact that Magic can have different properties in different locations, sought out a place where they would be the only individual capable of using magic. After several aeons of searching, the timid yet inquisitive elf came upon a nascent universe, still yet to develop life, and used their knowledge of the rules of reality to change the rules of the universe to prevent any such life from emerging, and place themselves as arbiter of all that exists within it - therefore creating a universe where they, in theory, are the only one capable of using magic.

Much later, Stephanie and Isaac came to Nous's Domain, seeking to determine if the elf was a threat they had to deal with. This visit occurred simultaneously with a visit from Arete, Nous's sister, who found out about Nous teaching some of their magic to a magician on Earth-0 (as well as the existence of magicians on said Earth). Fearing the potential repercussions of their actions, Nous decided to temporarily isolate the universe from the rest of the multiverse, sending the Sorcerer Supremes back to their earth.
