Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it some alien robot that can turn into a plane? Whatever it is it doesn't exist.

Wind Sheer (RID) doesn't exist. Mysterious whispers from the beyond say he would be a Decepticon from the "Robots in Disguise (2001) continuity" if he did exist, but those also don't exist.

Truly he is an enigma.
