Summary
A Meta-Gene specialist for the Meta-Human Response Division, Dr Weber was present when their headquarters was attacked, making herself known when they needlessly began to go about bringing someone else in.
Talking to Mosaic, Dr Weber expressed her wishes that he wouldn't put himself in danger, but ultimately didn't stop him [1]
