Charles "Chuck" Ratti Jnr, is the son of Charles Ratti and father of Constance Ratti.
Summary
Charles Ratti Jnr is the only child of Charles Ratti, the final head of the Ratti Crime Family. For unknown reasons, his father allowed him to pursue his own goals in life instead of pressuring him to join the family business, and as such Charles became a software engineer. Perhaps due to his lack of involvement in the operations of the crime family, Charles was relatively unaffected by the collapse of the Ratti family, only being personally affected by the loss of financial support from his father.
At some point before 1992, Charles dated and married Valentina Rossi. In 1992, the couple's first child, Constance Ratti, was born. Nine years later, in 2001, the couple would have another five children: Charles Ratti III, Michelango Ratti, Isabella Ratti, Allegra Ratti, and Luciana Ratti. The birth of quintuplets in this fashion would typically attract media attention, but another couple in Sanctuary City had septuplets only two days prior, resulting in little media attention going their way[1].
Despite a relatively impressive salary, Charles struggles to support his family, leading to him taking on extra work to supplement his income, as well as relying on his eldest daughter to help support the family financially and as a third parental figure in the household[1]
