Lisa Dawkins, also known as Speedrunner, is a super speedy superhero from Earth-0.

Summary

At some point, Speedrunner beat Dasher and Dazzler, causing them to be incarcerated .

When someone attacked the headquarters of the MRD, Speedrunner stepped in to save staff left over in the building in an instant. When someone was needed to prevent other devices from destroying vital parts of the city. Finding most of them in time, Speedrunner received help from a mysterious benefactor who then swiftly disappeared before she could question them further .

On Valentine's Day, Speedrunner helped stop a robbery of a jewelry store by an impulsive criminal. Detecting a mysterious energy source within her sword legs, Speedrunner dismantled them, finding it awkward when she realised that they were, in fact prosthetics. With the situation resolved and the would-be thief in a more clear state of mind, Speedrunner fetched her regular prosthetics for her and provided her with legal aid and a new friend.

Some time later, Lisa's day was interrupted by another threat with a similar powersource, working with Hyperia and Omnius to contain him.

On a trip back home to the UK, Lisa was attacked by Dasher and Dazzler, who were recently out of prison (and in possession of new gloves that boosted their powers). After beating them, she went to visit her parents.

Lisa was one of the individuals listed by Miranda as someone who would be in danger if Chiral were allowed to be free.

When Phoebe was feeling down, Lisa cheered her up by acting as a conversation partner to her, although she apparently hid her own feelings from her friend in this situation.

Powers and Abilities

• Speedster Physiology:
  • Having been changed since she was struck by lightning at the age of 10, Lisa is the first Speedster to have appeared on Earth-0, and as such is the most knowledgeable and experienced Speedster within the universe currently.
  • Some of Lisa's abilities include:
    • Superhuman Physical Characteristics:
      • Despite keeping it hidden from everyone else, Lisa in fact has a very high level of physical strength and durability, far above what she typically demonstrates.
    • Super Speed:
      • Lisa is capable of running at supernatural levels of speed.
        • However, like her strength, Lisa typically pretends that she has a far lower maximum speed than she actually has, letting people assume that she can only reach Hypersonic speeds.
    • Energy Attacks:
      • Lisa is capable of using her lightning trail for energy attacks, although the destructive nature of these attacks makes them risky to use.
    • Telepathic Resistance:
      • Lisa's mind is currently transitioning to be located within her energy source, making her resistant to all but the most powerful of telepathic attacks.
    • Energy Constructs:
      • Lisa is capable of producing energy constructs, although she typically does not need to use them.
• Martial Arts:
  • Lisa was trained in Martial Arts by her father due to being the only member of her family who wasn't a Meta-Human.
• Physics and Engineering Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Lisa obtained a PhD at an incredibly young age, becoming known as a child genius. Her experience in the fields of Physics and Engineering grants her a wide array of knowledge and relevant abilities in that field.

Equipment

• Suit Ring:
  • A device of her own design, Lisa is capable of storing her suit within a ring she keeps on her person, the ring can also deploy the suit when needed.
• Suit:
  • Made of a material of her own design, Lisa's suit is capable of dispersing the vast amounts of energy she produces while running easily.
    • The suit is also capable of enduring damage from high amounts of force.
  • Goggles:
    • Made by Lisa, the goggles on the Speedrunner suit provide an interface that streams relevant information to Lisa at any time.
