Guillaume (born August 2, 1993) is the Chief justice of Fortuna. He is the younger brother of The Magistrissa.
Summary
After his older sister took the title of Magistros tōn offikiōn of Fortuna, Guillaume soon followed her into politics, rising up the ranks with incredible swiftness thanks to a mixture of his own ability and his sister's intervening hand. Despite this nepotism, however, Guillaime takes his position and role very seriously, always attempting to maintain an air of dignity while in public, even if his sister sometimes ruins his attempts.

- Guillaime is a Meta-Human capable of manipulating water. The extent of his capability is not known due him rarely engaging in activities that require this ability, but it is assumed to be fairly high due to the assumptions made about his sister's own capabilities, as well as the few demonstrations of his power that he's made.
Notes
- As with many characters from Fortuna, Guillaume is named for a political figure from French history, namely Guillaume de Nogaret.
