Chloe Humphries (born August 15, 1993) is a telepath from unknown Earth, she had a very similar upbringing to one of her counterparts, although different decisions were made along the way.

Summary

As with every other version of herself, Chloe is a natural-born telepath, although she is notable for coming from a world without any Meta-Humans. She received a very similar upbringing to Earth-0 counterpart, although at some point their paths diverged, with Chloe heading down a darker route.

Thanks to the use of her powers, and a lack of other telepaths on her world, Chloe was able to extract knowledge of magic and the Multiverse from others, before eventually leading to her world's downfall. She now travels the Multiverse psionically, finding alternate versions of herself and taking them over so she can repeat this cycle of destruction.

While in the Astral Plane, Madeleine heard a mysterious noise calling to her from beyond.

Powers & Abilities

• Telepathy:
  • Chloe is able to read and manipulate the minds of others at an impressive scale, and does so passively. She also possesses strong psionic defences, and is capable of developing these defences in others if she wishes, making her able to defend herself from most individuals who seeks to overpower her mind. Chloe is much more experienced than many of her counterparts, allowing her to take them over with relatively little fighting.
  • Chloe also possesses enough skill in telepathy to be able to reach across the multiverse telepathically, travelling beyond the confines of her universe psionically.
• Magic:
  • Thanks to her unique situation in being the only prominent psion of her world, Chloe was able to extract knowledge of magic from her world's Magicians, using it to become a master of magic in her own right. She is not as experienced in the mystic arts, however, and prefers to use her telepathy wherever possible.

• From a Metatextual point of view, Chloe is the oldest major female character on the board, having predated even the original CQC incarnation.
