Hod is the Sephira of Majesty, Splendour, and Glory. As the Sephira responsible for observing magic, she is a member of Aletheia's ruling council.
Summary
Hod is the Sephira of Majesty, as the eighth of the ten Wings of Life, she is responsible for observing magic. Within Earth's solar system, she is linked with Mercury.
Hod is a member of Aletheia's ruling council, having joined at an unknown point and for unknown reasons, she is the superior of Arete. Hod is politically opposed to Seidig.
Powers & Abilities
- Magic: Hod is well-versed in the mystic arts, and is capable of using it for a variety of purposes, her knowledge and level of ability in magic puts her on the level of a Sorcerer Supreme.
- Observer Physiology: Hod is a Sephira, granting her abilities many would consider supernatural:
- Prophecy: Hod is able to look into the future and see how things will pass.
- Cosmic Awareness: Hod possesses an immense level of Cosmic Awareness, granting her knowledge of the workings of the Multiverse, from grand cosmic secrets to intimate personal facts.
- Immortality: As one of the Wings of Life, Hod is technically a piece of Max's cosmic body, meaning that she is incapable of being killed, destroyed, or erased permanently unless he should fall first.
Notes
- As with all of the Wings of Life, Hod is a part of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, located on the left side of the tree, it is associated with submission, humility, and intellectual rigor, and represents the ability to comprehend and articulate divine truths.
