The Crimson King, born Henry Smith, is a Titan from Earth-8 and one half of the being known as Anomaly.
Summary
The Crimson King is a Titan who was born in the region once known as Ohio. He is the former leader of the Grand Convocation, and as such was the closest thing to the leader of humanity prior to Earth-8's shattering.
He was banished to Earth-0 by his fellow Titans after the shattering due to his delusions of their home being complete. One of his former colleagues was sent to watch over him as punishment for her own actions.
Somehow, The Crimson King was weakened as part of his arrival to Earth-0, and was forced to fuse with his counterpart to create Anomaly so that his plans for the Earth could come to fruition.
