Charles "Rat King" Ratti, (??-2016), was the last head of the Ratti Crime Family prior to its dissolution at the end of its gang war with the Crimson Tide.
Summary
Charles Ratti was the final head of the Ratti Crime Family, being the de facto head of Sanctuary City's criminal society prior to the rise of the Crimson Tide in the wake of the Ratti Family's downfall. As a key member of the greater Italian American Criminal Society, he had a seat on The Committee, which was later given to Pandion. For unknown reasons, Ratti was spared death by Pandion, and was instead allowed to retire until his death of natural causes.
He was survived by his son, also named Charles Ratti, as well his grandchildren, including Constance Ratti, and his nephew Alexander Ratti.
