The Floating City of Fortuna, officially the Coloniam Fortunae et Terras eius Circumiectas, is a sovereign city-state and island country traditionally located in the Alantic Ocean. Consisting of the formerly stationary island of Fortuna, the nation is held in the air through the use of the city's Gravity Engines, a technology designed by the nation's current ruler, The Magistrissa.
