Chloe Humphries (born August 15, 1993) is a telepath and magician from Earth-2, she is the Head Seer of the Department of Mysticism, and typically performs reading on prospective graduate magicians at the end of their apprenticeship.

Summary

Chloe is the head of a magician family, and is the first head to have been born a Meta-Human, with her Meta-Gene expressing in the form of telepathy.

As the head seer of the Department of Mysticism, Chloe is responsible for the final evaluation of prospective graduates. Unlike her predecessors, however, Chloe prefers to take a hands-on role and read the graduates personally.

  • Chloe is able to read and manipulate the minds of others at an impressive scale, and does so passively. She also possesses strong psionic defences, and is capable of developing these defences in others if she wishes, making her able to defend herself from most individuals who seeks to overpower her mind.
