The Sucking Teenager (born sometime between February 22nd 1997 and February 21st 2004), is a Meta-Human from Earth-0.
Summary
The Sucking Teenager made an unknown deal for a belt that boosted his power through the use of an unknown energy source, rather than being able to only drag small objects in, he had a veritable black hole to use!
Unsurprisingly, black holes are difficult to control, and as such he lost control, meaning he had to be contained by a combination of Speedrunner, Omnius, and Hyperia[1].
