Constance "Connie" Ratti (born February 29, 1992) is a Meta-Human woman living in Sanctuary City, she is the granddaughter of Charles "Rat King" Ratti.

Summary
Born in Sanctuary City to Charles Ratti Jnr and Valentina Ratti in 1992, Constance was an only child for nine years of her life before her younger siblings were born in 2001. As the elder sibling by nearly a decade, Connie was expected to effectively act as a third parent for the quintuplets, leading to a strained relationship between her and her family[1]. The main exception to this was her grandfather, who she was close to until his death in 2016.
Connie and Derek went to the same high school, although they didn't interact much while there, primarily due to belonging to different social groups[1]. According to Derek, while they were in high school, Connie had a reputation of being a party girl[1]. Connie dated a large selection of boys while in high school, although most of her relationships fell apart when they interacted with her family.
As a teenager, Connie had dreams of becoming a fashion and cosmetics designer, although this dream fell apart due to her unable to attend college thanks to poor grades and more and more of her time being taken up looking after her siblings. Despite this, Connie looked into finding jobs for fashion companies, but found herself unable to make it past screening due to her family history[1].
At some point, Connie got a position as a store assistant at The Sanctuary Store in Sanctuary City, where she was assigned to the fashion section[1]. Both to help with her commute, and as a minor act of rebellion against her parents, Connie spent much of her first paychecks on an old motorbike and getting a motorbike license.
Unstatisfied with her life, and seeing no way out of it, Connie settled into a routine of mundanity, spending as little time at home as she could, and taking on extra shifts where available. It was after one such extra shift that Connie reunited with Derek Hampton, inviting him out for a meal after his own shift at the Meta-Gas & Convenience gas station. It was during this meal that Connie encouraged Derek to try and re-attempt joining the MRD, offering her own help with the matter[1].
Powers & Abilities
- Shapeshifting: Connie is capable of manipulating her body to change various aspects to change both her physical appearance and genetic structure (to a certain extent), as well as allowing her to change attributes at will, this allows her to mimic the appearances and abilities of others.
- DNA Analysis: Although she lacks the knowledge to rearrange her genetic structure accurately at will, Connie is able to subconsciously shift to match the genetic structure of any sample she consumes, with her body typically "remembering" a sample for a period of roughly a month after first exposure, further exposures to other samples of the same DNA will allow her to "remember" it for longer, with this eventually reaching a point where she can freely replicate the DNA at will without the need to obtain further samples.
- Power-Shifting: Thanks to her Meta-Gene's ability to replicate the DNA of others, Connie can replicate any power with a genetic basis, as long as she obtains a DNA sample of the person with that power first. This shifting not come with any knowledge of how to use any power she replicates, only the ability to use the power itself.
- Disease Immunity: Thanks to how her body processes foreign DNA (and other similar substances), Connie is effectively immune to most diseases.

- Connie is not forklift certified, but is motorbike certified.
- By default, Connie's MRD Meta-Human Classification is Gamma-Rho, this is due to the relative ease of containing her if she only has her default power.
