Beatrice Lupo, otherwise known a Hierophant, and previously codenamed "Issa", is the Crimson Tide lieutenant responsible for maintaining the organization's territory within The Hollows and a former member of the NATO Wardogs.
Summary
Beatrice is one of the Pandion's key lieutenants within the Crimson Tide, as well as a made member of the organization. The second most recent member to be promoted to the role, she theoretically possesses the largest territorial area out of all of the lieutenants as the boss of The Hollows, although the chaotic and everchanging situation within the area makes actually exploiting this territory infeasible. Due to Apex's crusade against the organization, more and more pressure has been applied to Beatrice's operations within the Hollows, as the underground network beneath Sanctuary City sees more and more usage. This extra pressure has led to an increase of tensions between the organization and the Anarchs that also claim the underground region. During the Anarch attempt to sink Futures Tower, Beatrice led an operation that resulted in the kidnapping of Anarchs member Ayla Aarons, and a brief skirmish with the vigilante Omnius. Judging that the vigilante was too much for her current forces to handle, Beatrice attempted to distract him by bringing him into the path of the ghoul horde, managing to escape in the process.[1]
