Valeria Di Giovanna (born January 28, 1990) is a Meta-Human activist, less extreme than some, she still has a penchant for skirting the law.

She also has a penchant for breathing fire.

Summary

Valeria was imprisoned in St Jude's as a political prisoner, she was liberated by a team sent by Madeleine and her mysterious friend.
