The Magistrissa is the ruler of the nation of Fortuna. Despite her very public life, little is known about her personally outside of the role she maintains for the nation. She is the older sister of the Chief Justice of Fortuna.
Summary
In the mid-2000s, The Magistrissa invented the technology used to lift the Floating City of Fortuna into the skies, thereby saving it from being submerged below the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Thanks to her contributions, she was elevated to the position of Magistros tōn offikiōn of Fortuna, a role that had not been filled for several centuries, granting her all-but autocratic control of the island nation.
Since ascending, the Magistrissa has earnt a reputation of being somewhat of a diva, often hosting extravagant parties and events, as well as causing scenes at many major court trials, almost as if she treats them as a performance. Despite this reputation, however, the nation of Fortuna has enjoyed a period of relative prosperity under her rule, and as such her personality is treated as an endearing trait by her people.
Through the public funds established by her, The Magistrissa is single largest patron of the arts in Fortuna.
Powers & Abilities

Notes
- In the 10 years she has ruled Fortuna, the Magistrissa has not visibly aged, leading to speculation of her Meta-Gene also containing some form of anti-ageing factor.
- When asked on this, The Magistrissa typically brushes it off as "having a good skincare routine"
- Rumours of the Magistrissa's hair naturally being black and not the white and blue that it typically is are slanderous and will be dealt with accordingly.
