Julian Sebastian Gray is a Para-Human and the High King of the nation of Parsinion - a nation state situated in Western Europe. As the High King of the nation, he is tasked with protecting its citizens, as well as the Dimensional Crystal which powers the nation. His powers are derived from the higher dimensional God-like being known as The Monad.

Synopsis

Julian is the descendent of warrior kings who have each been bestowed with dimensional abilities. These abilities are the result of a pact made by Julian's ancestor with The Monad - a higher being with immense power.

After the pact was made by Julian's ancestor, the Grays would then be tasked with the maintaining of order - allowing for the development of a society where all activity would be done to maintain the idea of order.

After sensing a Shatter Point, a nexus of dimensional energies, Julian would make his way to the Seychelles Island to claim its power for himself. Instead, he was then met with a powerful figure, as well as his powerful ally - attempting to stop him from realizing his power.

Julian then fought a drawn out battle against his two opponents, culminating in The Monad taking control of his body for the remainder of the fight. Once defeated by his opponents - Julian would later reach a compromise; absorbing the power of the dimensional nexus, while the gateway itself was closed.

He was then advised by Mosaic to begin searching for a queen - a figure who could share power with him and begin transitioning Parsinion into a more egalitarian society. Agreeing that a potential royal wife could give him the cover needed to enact sweeping reforms, Julian then departed from the Seychelles Islands - returning back home to enact his plan.

Powers & Abilities

Dimensional Conduit

Julian is a Dimensional Conduit by birth - a being with a strong connection to The Monad.

The Monad is an Astral, an extra-dimensional being of immense power. The Monad's essence is that of the conceptual idea of order.

This connection gives Julian access to a variety of abilities which all carry a core aesthetic of dimensional control.

Dimensional Manipulation

Julian's core ability, bestowed to him by the Monad. This ability allows Julian the ability to control higher-dimensions to a substantial degree, allowing them to interact with three-dimensional space and time in a controlled manner.

The Monad

Through his dimensional manipulation, Julian can access the near infinite energies held by countless dimensions - each running parallel to the universe that holds Earth and Parsinion.

Dimensional Power Bestowal

Julian has the ability to give any person a connection to dimensional energies, similar to his own. However, these energies are controlled through the Dimensional Crystal at the heart of the Parsinion Royal Palace.

A bestowal process involving the majority of Julian's basic abilities - is how the Shards of Parsinion are created.

Connection to The Monad

Unique to Julian, he has a psionic connection to the higher dimensional being that is the source of his abilities. The Monad can speak to Julian telepathically, and can converse with him to provide counsel and support.

In rare circumstances where Julian's mind has been rendered unconscious - The Monad can assume control of his body. When this occurs, The Monad begins manifesting more of its full power, leading to an incredibly high increase in raw energy output.

However, The Monad will only maintain control of Julian's body, as long as he remains unconscious. Whenever Julian's consciousness returns to the front of his mind - he immediately regains control of his body in all situations.

• Julian is the youngest ruler in Parsinion's history.
  • He is also potentially the youngest current ruler in the entirety of his Earth.
• Parsinion is close to - but not neighboring Stralmont.
  • The two nations are on amicable terms - though tensions are slowly rising.
• Julian has the strongest connection to The Monad in the entire history of the Gray family line - having a connection even stronger than that of the Founder King
• Julian has red hair, due to his mother, Lilyiana also being a redhead.
  • Every previous member of his family has either had dark hair, or has been a brunette.
• Julian's favorite food is lasagna - much to the chagrin of Parsinion's royal chefs.
• Julian also adores music, leading to him becoming a proficient musician himself.
  • There is a national music day in Parsinion, commemorating his affinity for the subject.
• Julian has a begrudging respect for Mosaic and Omnius - after fighting them both.
  • He was particularly impressed by their ability to withstand The Monad and its attacks.
• Julian wishes to undo the orthodox nature of Parsion's monarchy.
  • This is why Mosaic gained his favor - as he gave Julian the idea to slowly shift Parsinion towards a more egalitarian society - potentially into a Republic.
