Earth-33, informally known as "Seidig's Earth", is one of the many realities containing it's own version of the Earth. Even before Aletheia's arrival, it was already one of the realities where Magic is openly known and embraced.

History

Long before the present, Magic was already a known part of the world. Naturally, the majority of the world's governments had organized into various forms of magocracies. Class was determined by both familial connections, as well as skill in magic. Often someone from a noble family with poor skill at magic would still be more respected than someone from a low class with decent skill.

Seidig's ascension to empress didn't change very much, mostly unifying the various governments into one under her rule. Upon the arrival of Aletheia, the government was restructured. Seidig was still head of state, however Magic was more heavily regulated. Familial status mattered less than raw magical talent and loyalty to Aletheia. Though the rich and powerful still retain their wealth, and Seidig's family in particular still enjoys a privileged position.
