Natalia Moore is a doctor on Earth-0. Experienced in her field, she runs a free drop-in clinic in the lower income industrial area of Sanctuary City.
Summary
Natalia grew up in a comfortable household, and was able to get into college and medical school easily thanks to her upbringing.
After she achieved her MD, Natalia took a job in a hospital in one of the poorer areas of Sanctuary City. After years of treating people close to the edge, and inability to help those beyond the edge, Natalia quit and established her own clinic in the slums, with a focus on treating those that the system let slip through. Around the same time, she also established a makeshift orphanage within an abandoned factory building located opposite to her clinic.
After the spread of Humor throughout the city, Natalia managed to get her own supply of the drug, developing a variant of it that provided a heightened healing factor for those given a safe dosage of the drug, while also removing the negative side effects - provided those given a dosage did not take other drugs for a set period of time.
After one of her patients had a humor-related breakdown, Natalia was confronted by two vigilantes, who she explained the situation of the clinic to. While one of the vigilantes soon backed off after finding out about the situation, the other attempted to find solutions to the problem that would be ultimately ineffective.
Later, Natalia took Orion, who informed her of his name, to see the orphans in an attempt to reassure him[1].

- Natalia is a highly skilled physician thanks to a combination of experience and personal study, being capable of treating a wide variety of ailments with little medical supplies and backing, as well as being able to modify the Humor drug with very little equipment.
Notes
- Natalia is a regular human, making her achievements even more impressive.
- As someone running a clinic in a low income area, Natalia is used to people threatening, hence her rather tame reaction to someone smashing through her roof and choking her immediately.
