== Synopsis ==
Julian is the descendent of warrior kings who have each been bestowed with dimensional abilities. These abilities are the result of a pact made by Julian's ancestor with [[The Monad]] - a higher being with immense power.

After the pact was made by Julian's ancestor, the Grays would then be tasked with the maintaining of order - allowing for the development of a society where all activity would be done to maintain the idea of order.

However, the Grays soon began to abuse their powers for their own benefits - leading to the conquering and subjugation of small territories, until the Thaumians would bring about the wrath of the Gods.

From then on, the Parsinions would retreat behind the mystical barriers of their kingdom - removing contact with the outside world for several centuries, until the late 20th century. This was when Julian's father, Erron, would then take the throne.

As Erron was beginning his reign, he ultimately decided to reintegrate Parsinion into the larger world. This was due, in large part, to the then rapid proliferation of the Meta-Gene - ultimately culminating in the creation of [[Meta-Humans]] as a population.

The rapid expansion of the Meta-Human population across the world ultimately signaled to Erron that Parsionion's power was in jeopardy - leading him to begin slow power grabs and expansions.

He would later conquer a small village on the borders of Parisinion's territory. After conquering the small village, he would then meet the most beautiful woman there - a redhead named Lilyiana. He would then take her as his wife, and the next queen of Parsinion.

A decade later, Erron and Lilyiana would conceive Julian - the next heir to the throne, as dissent began to grow within the Parisinion royal ranks. Questions over Erron's loyalty to his people began, when rumors of infidelity began to spread.

Years later, an attempted coup occurred, only to be narrowly avoided. However, the damage done to the city would take months to repair - in which time, Erron was ultimately killed by a dissenter.

At the turn of the 21st century, Julian would then become the next king of Parsinion. His coronation would be met with the appearance of Monad himself - a circumstance that had only occurred with the founder king's coronation, millennia prior.

Immediately being recognized for his authority and power, Julian would then take the throne and begin to lead Parsinion into the modern era.

Unique to Julian, he has a psionic connection to the higher dimensional being that is the source of his abilities. The Monad can speak to Julian telepathically, and can converse with him to provide counsel and support.

In rare circumstances where Julian's mind has been rendered unconscious - The Monad can assume control of his body. When this occurs, The Monad begins manifesting more of its full power, leading to an incredibly high increase in raw energy output.

However, The Monad will only maintain control of Julian's body, as long as he remains unconscious. Whenever Julian's consciousness returns to the front of his mind - he immediately regains control of his body in all situations.
