Ecne is a [[Titan]] who was born in the region once known as [[wikipedia:United Kingdom|the United Kingdom]]. One of the [https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/NumerologicalMotif thirteen] members of [[Titans#Grand Convocation|the Grand Convocation]], she had a reputation for being the one among them whose heart was most open to the voices of the people.

After the shattering of [[Earth-8]], Ecne was banished to [[Earth-0]] to watch over [[The Crimson King]], choosing to do so from a distance by integrating into human society, all the while avoiding [[Lisa Dawkins (Earth-0)|her local counterpart]].
