Amelia is the owner of a [https://www.collinsdictionary.com/us/dictionary/english/highly-paid casino] in Toronto. She tends not to talk about herself and spends large sections of her time asleep.

In August 2017, Amelia caught wind of a [[Marceline Williams|fledgling vampire]], who she brought to her casino through the use of various animals. For unknown reasons, she brought the newcomer under her fold, acting as a layer of protection<ref>Metamorphosis</ref>.
